When Are Labradors Fully Grown?

Labradors typically reach full maturity at 2 years of age. Breeding standards can vary based on the type of Lab you’re breeding (American, English or Canadian). The higher quality American and English Labs have shorter coats than their European counterparts because they are bred to be more active in chasing after prey while the latter are genetically predisposed to a longer coat due to natural selection pressures on them during hunting season.

Labrador height chart by age is a helpful tool for determining when your labrador will be fully grown. The chart includes the height of a labrador at 6, 12, 18 and 24 months old. Read more in detail here: labrador height chart by age.

A 6 month old lab puppy weight is typically between 25 and 40 pounds.
