Labradors are beautiful, smart dogs. But did you know that Labs require a lot of exercise? They need at least 1 hour and 30 minutes of daily physical activity to stay healthy and happy. This is however not all they need; their diet should also be rich in protein and nutrients like antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin E supplements, probiotics etc.,

The “labrador exercise 5 minute rule” is a guideline that says to take your dog out for at least five minutes of exercise every day.

In general, labradors need about an hour of exercise a day. However, this depends on the size and age of the dog. For example, a 3 year old labrador might need more than an hour’s worth of exercise. Reference: how much exercise should a 3 year old labrador have.
